All About Me
My name is Julia, owner and founder of Kinetic Massage & Performance. I currently hold degrees in Exercise Science and Physical Therapy Assistant. I graduated from Massage school in 2019, I also became a certified Massage Instructor and earned the opportunity to teach future graduates of Spa Tech Institute. I worked at StretchLab in Scarborough to improve my skills working with the human body in many different ways. I am committed to utilizing my education, skills and talents in my massage practice to bring preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative therapy to athletes and all individuals seeking wellness and self-care.
When I'm not working, I always enjoyed playing sports growing up and trying to keep active as much as I can. I also enjoy singing, going to my camp at Little Sebago, and spending time with my family. I have a husband, two wonderful boys and three wild Golden retrievers.

Kinetic Massage & Performance has been my biggest goal since graduating from school, I knew I wanted to be able to help people in many different ways of therapy. I'm hoping someday this business will grow into more than just Massage Therapy.
